If you’ve been blindsided by the the sudden ending of your marriage than you are on your way into one of the most stressful life transitions you could experience.
When your marital ship sinks you have two choices.
You can drown or you can swim.
Right now you’re treading unchartered and treacherous waters, and barely keeping your head above the surface.
Swimming back to shore feels impossible, and there is no rescue team in sight.
This is a terrifying and completely uncomfortable place to be, but you won’t be here forever. This is a temporary, but highly debilitating place. Getting your feet planted and carving a path forward is a major goal.
I know you want to know what to do next, how to get through every day, and ultimately how to move forward with your life.
You want to know how to start over, how to feel less lonely, and how to manage your feelings on a daily basis
That’s why I have created this transformative workshop to get you back on track and able to face the day to day issues that lay fragmented at your feet.
This workshop will give you the guidance, encouragement and inspiration you need to take your next steps.
In this one day workshop you will learn the necessary survival skills needed to traverse this life challenge, how to manage your disillusionment, and most importantly how to overcome the EverAfter-Shock of forever becoming never.
Through the use of spiritual practices, Mindfulness, meditation and research-based modalities from the field of mental health, you will be guided into the next phase of healing.
You’ll learn the art of:
Tuning In To Yourself
Turning inward is counter-intuitive when your world is in pieces, but without a steady center of consciousness you will never find the stability you need to heal. We will focus on the self, and adaptive ways to maintain balance and clarity throughout daily life. You will use what you learn for this transition, and the many you will face in the future.
Deconstructing your Fairytale of Forever
The loss of forever, broken promises and shattered dreams are part of your experience. When something falls apart into a million pieces you can either discard it or try and piece it back together. We will break down your trauma so you can understand what happened and then begin to reconstruct a new perspective that will set you on a new and empowered path.
Keeping Your Heart Open
Closing your heart seems like a natural way to protect yourself from hurt and pain, but it is actually a very detrimental way to get through this life transition. We will work on bringing you back to your heart center, which is where you have received the most damage. You will learn how to stay open to love and how to receive the support you deserve.
Re-Connecting With Your Authentic Self
A loss of self is a natural consequence of divorce. Your identity was very tied to being married and the roles you fulfilled in that arrangement. You have been given a rare opportunity to re-discover yourself in all contexts of life, and we will take advantage of this opening by practicing self-exploration and authenticity.
Letting Go to Move Forward
Hanging onto the past and your hurt will make it impossible for you to move forward with your life. Letting go is a practice that we will explore and rehearse until you feel like you have released what you are holding. There is nothing you need to keep from this experience beyond where it serves your own personal growth.

Here’s what other participants have had to say:
When I signed up for Divorce Support Group with Andra I was in such a fragile state. Now six weeks later I have gained so much strength and have many tools to work with as I move forward in this life changing experience. Andra is such a wise and patient leader and teacher. Instead of remaining in a place of pain, she has helped to move me in the direction of positivity, that twists and turns in life could also be an exciting new beginning, I’ve learned about how to value and nurture myself and to remember all that I’m grateful for. Her emails, daily dharmas and worksheets have been most helpful and I look forward to writing in my journal everyday , often copying down quotes and insights from Andra. The Divorce Support Group and Andra’s guidance has truly been a gift to me! – L.S.
I joined Andra’s group fairly recently after my “soon to be ex husband” told me he wasn’t happy and no longer wanted to be married to me. After bring married for almost 16 years and devoting my life to him and our two children, I felt like I was struck by a 2 X 4 piece of plywood. I quickly realized that I could benefit from a support group but didn’t know exactly what kind of group I needed and/or wanted. In this group I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t a venting session, and we learned how to find ourselves again using a variety of methods such as journaling, meditation and self awareness just to name a few. Not only did I learn (and continue to learn) about myself but I’ve made an amazing group of new friends. Thanks Andra for helping me to realize that I am not defined by my failed marriage but rather who I am now and how I live my life everyday going forward. – T.R.
