When your marital ship sinks you have two choices.
You can drown or you can swim.
Right now you’re treading unchartered and treacherous waters, and barely keeping your head above the surface.
Swimming back to shore feels impossible, and there is no rescue team in sight.
You want to know how to stop the pain, get through this horrible time unscathed, and how to start over with your life.
I’ve been where you are and I know how to get you where I am now.
Happy, fulfilled and living the life I was meant to live.
Let’s turn your ending into a new beginning
Not all marriages last forever…and it’s painful when they don’t.
Reclaim your life by taking this opportunity to transform and awaken to the teachings that life transitions like this can offer.
These weekly, day long, and individual immersion workshops use a blend of Psychology, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and Experiential Learning to turn your trauma into transformation.
Los Angeles based and online workshops are ongoing.
Ever-Aftershock Workshops® are led by Dr. Andra Brosh, a Los Angeles based Psychologist, writer, and divorce recovery expert. Dr. Brosh’s unique philosophy and approach to marital endings has made her a sought after guide by people across the country struggling to find their way back to a new normal.

Sample Six-Week Workshop Topics Include:
Begin your journey toward a new life with the right intention and commitment. Renew your vows to yourself, and give yourself permission to heal. Develop a self-care practice for daily support and design the blueprint for your healing journey.
Learn the tools of mindfulness, and develop practices of self-compassion, self-forgiveness and gratitude to reduce suffering. Gracefully manage your feelings and understand the nature of your emotional life as it relates to your current experience.
Seek the opportunity that is being presented while being broken open. Learn how experiences of trauma and heartbreak can deepen your connections to yourself and your life. Shift into a healthier perspective grounded in Buddhist philosophy and tap into your most rewarding human potentiality.
Dive deep into your sense of self and answer the question “who am I?” Piece your fractured self back together through the use of art, guided imagery and meditation. Unearth your strengths and release your internal critic so your authentic self can emerge.
Accept and release what cannot be changed. Free yourself from obstacles and unwanted attachments to the past. Use writing and ritual to gain closure as you put your marriage to rest and embody the value of what you had as you manifest the life you deserve.
Here’s what other participants have had to say:
When I signed up for this workshop with Andra I was in such a fragile state. Now six weeks later I have gained so much strength and have many tools to work with as I move forward in this life changing experience. Andra is such a wise and patient leader and teacher. Instead of remaining in a place of pain, she has helped to move me in the direction of positivity, that twists and turns in life could also be an exciting new beginning, I’ve learned about how to value and nurture myself and to remember all that I’m grateful for. Her emails, daily dharmas and worksheets have been most helpful and I look forward to writing in my journal everyday , often copying down quotes and insights from Andra. The Divorce Support Group and Andra’s guidance has truly been a gift to me! – L.S.
I joined Andra’s group fairly recently after my “soon to be ex husband” told me he wasn’t happy and no longer wanted to be married to me. After bring married for almost 16 years and devoting my life to him and our two children, I felt like I was struck by a 2 X 4 piece of plywood. I quickly realized that I could benefit from a support group but didn’t know exactly what kind of group I needed and/or wanted. In this group I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t a venting session, and we learned how to find ourselves again using a variety of methods such as journaling, meditation and self awareness just to name a few. Not only did I learn (and continue to learn) about myself but I’ve made an amazing group of new friends. Thanks Andra for helping me to realize that I am not defined by my failed marriage but rather who I am now and how I live my life everyday going forward. – T.R.
