Therapy

Therapy is a pilgrimage into your internal world where you can discover the meaning you are looking for.
I know how busy life can be, and how challenging it is to take time out to focus on yourself. If you barely have time for your family, how will you ever make time in your schedule for a luxury like therapy?
I couldn’t agree more, except for the fact that I don’t see therapy as a luxury.
I see it as a lifestyle choice.

Therapy is about personal growth, self-awareness, becoming evolved and being your best self.
Therapy increases compassion, patience, intimacy, strength and insight.
It makes you a better partner, parent, sibling, and friend. It increases your tolerance for stress, and it can increase your work performance.
When you make the choice to do this work, it’s not just for you. Everyone around you is affected by your wellbeing.
Becoming mentally fit is equally as important as staying physically healthy.
You cannot expect to have all the tools you need to fix every problem ever presented to you.
Everyone, no matter how well functioning, needs help and support at some point in life.
I know there are a million excuses and obstacles that have prevented you from getting here, so now that you have arrived let’s get you started.
